You need to set these options in your config file:

Class1SendEOPWaitCmd:	<delay:90>
Class1SendTCFWaitCmd:   <delay:70>
Class1SendPPMWaitCmd:   <delay:70>

Please send the output of probemodem so that we can develop a prototype 
config for this modem.
