This is how it already should be working.  I've never seen a case where 
the TIFF is incorrectly sized.  However, if you have set FaxDispatch to 
deliver you PDFs or Postscript instead of TIFF then you may have a problem 
because both fax2ps and tiff2ps have errors in maintaining page size 
without removing data.
