Howdy, I've searched and searched the archives and tried everything but can't get 'faxrm -a ID#' to work. Here's a sample effort, trying to test getting into admin mode. I'm running the RH 6.2 and hylafax-4.1.1-2rh6.i386.rpm [root@faxer etc]# cat hosts.hfaxd localhost 127.0.0.1 [root@faxer etc]# faxadduser -a 1234 -p 1234 root [root@faxer etc]# cat hosts.hfaxd localhost 127.0.0.1 root::5/puuxgx086i.:FCercb9QV/HHA [root@faxer etc]# telnet localhost 4559 Trying 127.0.0.1... Connected to localhost.localdomain. Escape character is '^]'. 220 faxer.bellcold.com server (HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.1.1) ready. user root 230 User root logged in. admin 1234 530 Password incorrect. quit 221 Goodbye. Connection closed by foreign host. I've seen the above work in other posts, I wonder why I can't get it going? Appreciate any help, I've been trying for a while now and I think I've read every post concerning adduser and faxrm.
