[hylafax-users] Cover Pages

Hi

I want the server to send a cover page. If I run from the linux box where
hylafax is "sendfax .." cover page is sent. When I send a fax from a
windows client (w2hfax) it doesn't. How can I force the server to send the
cover page anyway and how can I pass the "From" and "FaxNumber"
parameters?
