[hylafax-users] Could anybody help me?I often receive black fax!

Hi,everybady,
I often recevie black fax, which non-zero size. It is obvious it contain certain data,but cant be displayed. All of the TIFF viewers i use to open these kind of TIFF fax pages respond to me "Bad or unrecognized header". I checked out the log info. generated by HylaFAX when receving such faxes, and copy them below.
I could much appreciate if anybody could help me out! thanks & regards

Folloing the result after I execute "probemodem ttySX" on my system.

Now we are going to probe the tty port.  This takes a few seconds,
so be patient.  Note that if you do not have the modem cabled to
the port, or the modem is turned off, this may hang (just go and
cable up the modem or turn it on, or whatever).

Probing for best speed to talk to modem: 38400 OK.

This looks like a Class 1 modem.
