1) the fax is sent 2d
2) the fax is sent 1d and it doesn not work

If 1), then check that:
- the canonical form of the number you use in destctrls is correct (must be
the same of info/<faxno>), 
- destctrl is enabled in etc/config
if all is fine, then try editing
info/<faxno> to contain
&supports2DEncoding:no
