No.  I don't know what c2faxrcvd is, and faxrcvd-mail is not really 
standard issue either, and it's now deprecated by FaxDispatch, anyway.

Here's the general order of things with 4.1.1 for an incoming call.

call -> faxgetty -> call info -> faxrcvd -> FaxDispatch -> faxrcvd -> 
e-mail

Those "variables" are passed as command-line options to faxrcvd by 
faxgetty.
