[hylafax-users] How to redirect email confirmation

Hello!

I have installed  HylaFAX server 4.1 on RedHat linux 7.2.
I want users to receive email confirmation (option '-D') to their 
personal email addresses.
I have a list with user names and their email addresses:
--------------------------------------------
username01        me@hotmail.com
username02        other@yahoo.com
......
--------------------------------------------
How I can tell HylaFAX to use them?
Do I need to configure email client programs on every workstation?
Now, if the 'user1' is sending fax from 'workstation5' HylaFAX sends him
email confirmation to his local email address at 'workstation5':
user1@workstation5.ourdomain.com.
If he is logged onto 'workstation4' he will get the confirmation on
the following email address:
user1@workstation4.ourdomain.com.

So, I want to specify one personal email address for every user.
How I can do it?
