I have made many different coverpage templates by using tgif (Linux app),
printing them to an EPS file, and then altering the text fields to reflect
a variable, and then inserting the BreakIntoLines function appropriately.
Granted, this function requires just a bit of Postscript know-how and
understanding of the 'faxcover' program, but it works for me.

'make_faxcover' will work with current CVS HylaFAX.
