[hylafax-users] frontend on Linux

Hi,

I'm struggeling a little with a frontend for Linux.
I was using SuSEFax, but this is not developed further and it always has to
run 
in the background to be able to fax automatically - beside other
disadvantages

Next I tried gfax 0.4.2-201, installed on a SuSE 7.2 (KDE 2.2.1).
It crashes latestly when I want to check the job status (segmentation
fault).
Recompilation did not work due to some missing scripts (config-gnome).

Has anyone gfax running on a SuSE 7.2 and can give me a hint what's going 
wrong? 
Any proposals/experiences for a different frontend?
