[hylafax-users] Faxing Attachments (.DOC .XLS, etc)

Hello list-ers,

I have a running HylaFax setup but I'm kinda stuck. I'm sure this may have been
discussed previously on this list but I don't seem to be able to get it in the
archives (maybe because I am under pressure to get it on).

I have been asked to configure my HylaFax server for faxing and the info I have
is that the users will be sending out M$ Word/Excel attachments. My current setup
doesn't seem to be able to handle this.

I'll highly appreciate all advise that would make the achievement of this feat an
easy task. My colleagues will be faxing via e-mail by sending e-mail to
fax-[insert_number_here]@our.domain.name. They are in love with Outlock, Netscape,
but if there is some other program that can do the magic, I'll force them to use
it, as long as it doesn't make life a bit more difficult for them.
