Maybe page format in PS driver isn't set according to your document
settings or page settings of WHFC?
Try to open the PS file on the server using GhostView. Is the last
line complete in this file?
Another issue maybe the conversion from PS to TIFF. Depending on the
fonts you are using and the fax resolution the text might "grow".
Set the bottom margin of your document to min. 1.5 cm (0.6 inch). I
noticed this using my fax template and changed it, too.
