If you're going with 5, then you can probably do it alright with two
external or ISA modems and then three PCI hardware modems.  The PCI modem
would be MultiTech MT5634ZPX-PCI.

If you're going with 6, then I would recommend a Comtrol RocketModem or
RocketPort+external modems.
