It means that hylafax has submitted your fax for transmission. To
check if it was all OK verify under the log directory (in my debian
installation is under /var/spool/hylafax/log) if hylafax has
succesfully sent the fax.

By the way don't you have a fax in the neighborhood to check if
everything is OK?
