[hylafax-users] Sendingproblems with FreeBSD 4.2

Hello list,

after a new-installation from the FreeBSD-ports, Hylafax
has serveral problems to send.

The Documents are transferred by a qMail-alias via
/usr/local/bin/faxmail -n -d

I'm using an Elsa Microlink 28.8 TQV modem and the special
configuration file, provided by Elsa, located at
/var/spool/fax/etc/config.cuaa1

The problem is, that some jobs did not failed.
But the most do, the message at faxstat -d is:
REJECT: Too many attempts

The messages in the logfile are:
Document was encoded with 2DMR, but modem does not support this data format
and
REMOTE HANGUP: Unspecified Transmit Phase B error (code 20)

Remark:
The same constellation works without any problems under SuSE Linux 6.4
