My interest in using an ISDN/fax device is that I only have a single phone line to work with, where having separate modems for each service would require 2 lines. I'm willing to spend the money on an active ISDN device, if that's what it takes to allow Internet access and faxing on a single phone line. Being a total ISDN newbie, though, I'm not sure which devices are appropriate. I am aware that the performance of single-channel ISDN access is nothing to brag about. My interest is in using the ISDN service as back-up Internet access while not losing the fax handling current;y used on this single phone line. Thanks again for the advice. ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To unsub: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null
