I was looking through the archives again and came across this. I must have deleted it in my e-mail killing splurge after I came back from vacation. There weren't any dead links, I just tried a number of suggestions for generating cover pages and couldn't get any of them to work. I am using HylaFax 4.1rc2, so perhaps this is the problem. Any thoughts for a work around, PostScript hackery or some such? I am not very good with PostScript, but if anyone has suggestions I'll give it a shot.
