I don't use a ~/.hylarc file to show you, but you can read the documentation on the options in 'man sendfax' (among other man pages). I believe that you'll need to have something like this: Host: ttyS0@localhost In that user's home directory in a file called ".hylarc". I don't know how well that works, though, since I don't use it... nor do I use WHFC.
