It's been discussed on -users before. TPC uses a good method for calculating time usage and billing expense. You may want to take a look at the TPC glue. IMHO HylaFAX isn't very good about logging secure activity. So, it's very easy to falsify your information as a sender. That's why it's my opinion that until HylaFAX does log secure transactions better, that the client program be used to monitor usage somehow (i.e. TPC).
