Depending on the chipset they used and the fax Class you wish to use a
functional prototype config file is probably already in 4.1.

If it's a Lucent chipset (like their new ones), then "lucent" or
"lucent-mt-2" should work.
If it's a Rockwell/Conexant K56 chipset, then "rockwell-k56" should work.
If it uses the same chipset as the old 14.4 versions, then "mt-1432" should
work.

If not, provide the output from 'probemodem' and we may craft one for you.
