Dmitry spent a lot of time with RTN issues in Class 1 and particularly with
Canon fax machines (which he considered broken).  I believe that he
considered the issue to be resolved (fixed in 4.1-release).  I think that
you need to investigate RTNHandlingMethod.  See 'man hylafax-config'.
