Hi all, As there seems to be no existing soluting to my problem, i'm going to write my own code. After reviewing the source code of Hylafax i've fond out that all functions for the access the modem using serial port are incapsulated in the file ModemServer.c++ I'm planning to use this file to create my own instance of ModemServer, which allows access to the modem rack using TCP/IP. Does anyone have an idea if i am right in the assumption that my goal can be reached through editing ModemServer.c++? I would greatly appreciate any tips. >> >I have a modem rack of 4 USR Sportser modems which i plan to use to >> >send faxes using HylaFax. >> >Modem rack offers only a TCP/IP - Interface to access its modems. >> >Does anyone have an idea how to configure HylaFax to use TCP/IP >> >interface when communicating with modems? >> >I would really appreciate any tip. >> >> I think that all attempts to accomplish this have been frustrated. JRA> There does; something like the RealPort drivers for DigiBoxes. Damn JRA> shame no one's done that for USR. -- Best regards, Andrei mailto: andrei.svirida@gmx.net ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To unsub: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null
