Just for the record, I solved this now.
On the avm ftp site there were some files called fcpci-suse*, I thought they
would contain binary only stuff for SuSE; instead they have the libcapi20
libraries (in an rpm) and kernel modules (source). They also point to
ftp://ftp.in-berlin.de/pub/capi4linux for capi4k-utils source.
After compiling capi4k-utils, capi4hylafax builds ok, without any error.
