[hylafax-users] STOT command

Hi all,
I want to know how a postcript file can be transferred from 
windows client.
I have seen from linux machine that the command is STOT.
But what will be the case to submit job from windows?
I gave commands same as that of sendfax does.
But I can't find a step where I am able to transfer file on windows
machine to linux.
