(Some Word elements might named different in English)

1. Open FaxMaster.dot
2. Menu: Extras -> Macro -> Macros
3. Click on Organize
4. Select all macros in the list of FaxMaster.dot
5. Select Normal.dot or your default fax template beneath the other
list
   (if not open).
6. Copy macros to the selected template
7. Click on tab "toolbars"
8. Copy "CypheusFax" to Normal.dot.

Finish.

Now you have a new toolbar with three buttons, click on the left
button ("Cypheus defaults"), enter the name of the Cypheus printer
and the styles of your fax template, default values are shown first.

With the button in the middle you can send now a single fax.
