That looks like it might help. i was using an rpm, but i grabbed the latest source (hylafax-4.1rc2) and tried to apply the patch: [root@one hylafax-4.1rc2]# patch -p1 < patch-ModemDTRDropDelay.txt patching file faxd/ClassModem.c++ Hunk #1 FAILED at 649. Hunk #2 FAILED at 667. 2 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file faxd/ClassModem.c++.rej patching file faxd/ModemConfig.c++ Hunk #1 FAILED at 169. 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file faxd/ModemConfig.c++.rej patching file faxd/ModemConfig.h Hunk #1 FAILED at 162. 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file faxd/ModemConfig.h.rej can't find file to patch at input line 53 Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
