Hi,

check, if you can view the file in the docq directory via 
ghostscript. If not, check out the WHFC FAQ and installation
instructions of WHFC.

It the e-mail address correctly configured on WHFC and the
e-mail on the server ?

Seems, that HylaFAX ist installed correctly.
