[hylafax-users] Distinctive ring & cid

CID data will not work/show for an incoming call via a distinctive ring number
within HylaFAX.
This seems to be a concrete fact after, purchasing a cid box and calling the
distinctive ring number, the radioShack brand cid box did in-fact show the cid
data whereas HylaFAX will not display this data via distinctive ring dial-in's.
