Sorry, but it dosn't work.
I tried multible Versions, like that:

pinguin:/etc/hylafax# faxstat
HylaFAX scheduler on pinguin.tkh.theresienkh-nbg.de: Running
Modem ttyS1 (): Running and idle
Modem ttyS0 (): Running and idle

pinguin:/etc/hylafax# grep FAXNumber config.ttyS0 config.ttyS1
config.ttyS0:#FAXNumber:                +5699.460
config.ttyS0:FAXNumber:         +49.911.5699.460
config.ttyS0:#FAXNumber:                +1.111.111.1111

config.ttyS1:#FAXNumber:                +5699.437
config.ttyS1:FAXNumber:         +49.911.5699.437
config.ttyS1:#FAXNumber:                +1.111.111.1111

and

CountryCode:            49
AreaCode:               911

Is this a Problem with the Contry Code ?

You need to include:

FAXNumber:  +1.111.111.1111

in your config.ttyS1 and config.ttyS0 files.
