[hylafax-users] can't receive fax while lies within a PBX

hey,good day.
my hylafax server lies with a PBX with its external 
tel num is xxxxxxx without a ext. ,I can send fax
thru the server,but I can't receive fax:-(
now all the reason I can image r as below:
1.the PBX environment is too shabby(maybe complex):-(
2.my modem is too old,it can only allow call out,but
reject call in?
