[hylafax-users] Can't receive fax while within a PBX

hey,guys.now my hylafax server stays within a PBX
logs as below:
Jun 01 15:53:11.02: [  907]: SESSION BEGIN 00000023 8601066096706
Jun 01 15:53:11.02: [  907]: <-- [4:ATA\r]
Jun 01 15:54:14.53: [  907]: --> [10:NO CARRIER]
Jun 01 15:54:14.53: [  907]: ANSWER: Ring detected without successful handshake
Jun 01 15:54:14.53: [  907]: SESSION END

ok,now I guess there r 3 failur reson?:P

1.The PBX environment is too shabby(maybe too complex)?:P
2.my modem is too old?it is RockModem K336SVD.

ok,that is just my stupid idea,hope u guys can 
give me some hint,thx in advance....
