*Whose* web based stuff?  Domino's?

Ok.  So, what's the problem? 

HylaFAX doesn't listen on port 81, so I can't imagine why you'd have
any collision problems.  In fact, HylaFAX shouldn't collide with
*anything* for listenable ports.
