ok,I get it:-)
first I `faxadduser -a 123 hylaadmin`,
it seems that the -p must should appears
when u add user:-)
faxadduser -a 123 -p 123 hylaadmin is ok now:-)

user hylaadmin
331 Password required for hylaadmin.
pass 123
230 User hylaadmin logged in.

but  when I type command LIST,prompt is as below:
list
425 Cannot build data connection: Connection refused.

what is wrong?
