Hi,

Wang viewer lacks g3 compressed tiff files.
I added this to the beginnig of the faxrcvd script to solve it:

FAXFILE=`/bin/basename $FILE`
cp -f $FILE /tmp/$FAXFILE
/usr/bin/tiffcp -i -c g4 /tmp/$FAXFILE $FILE
rm -f /tmp/$FAXFILE

Can you please tell me why sometimes people receive the following error
message while trying to view a tif file."The compression format in the
specified file name is invalid or not supported".

How can you correct this?
