[hylafax-users] faxmail with a prefix ?

Hello HylaFAX users,
I set up a HylaFAX sever a few days ago, all seems to work
well, but now I have some problems to find a good client
for Windows users, I tested almost all clients programs
from the links page, but I have not find my happyness
(Because none of them are in french and because they
can be complicated to install (install python...),and
if I must do that for all clients...),the alone that
could be good is smbfax from Craig Kelley, but I've
some problem with it and my linux box.(returned non-zero
exit status +"255")
My problem now, I tested the faxmail gateway with
sendmail, it works well but I don't know how to put
a prefix to have the dialtone.
If I send mail to test@XXXXXXXXXX.FAX, it works, but the
logs tell me NO LOCAL DIALTONE and if I send to 
test@0,XXXXXXXXXX.FAX it replies me:
[root@fax faxmail]# XXXXXXXXXX.FAX... User unknown
/root/dead.letter... Saved message in /root/dead.letter
So, what can I do to bypass this problem ?
