There shouldn't be anything set as cua0, everything I've configured relating
to HylaFAX has been done with ttyS0 (and it's a Red Hat 7 box, so nothing
else should be referencing cua0).

If I try to send faxes without faxgetty running I get this message:

I looked up some information on this error which suggested faxgetty needed
to be running for the faxqueuer to work, so I started faxgetty on ttyS0,
sent a new fax to the server and it produced this:

The only other thing I noticed, but I suspect isn't related to the problem,
is that where FaxSend lists the "SEND FAX: JOB 1 DEST xxxxxx...." it shows
the correct destination number I entered, but all of the other places the
number is shown, it lists it as +44 followed by the area code of the server,
followed by the full number of the destination.

Is there any other kind of debugging output I can send that would be useful?
