Nope.  Something, somewhere, says that 'archive' is not yet
supported.

You *would* set it in etc/config, but the program which has to care,
faxqclean, won't be looking for it.

Yet.

If it's important enough for you to add it, let us know; we've been
wanting that feature.  :-)
