faxadduser.....

"system settings" in whfc don't need HylaFAX admin priviledges, they are
relative to your client.

However, to test HylaFAX password it's better you telnet into the HylaFAX
server
from your client:
telnet host 4559
and issue
user <user>
pass <pass>
admin <pass>
