[hylafax-users] retrain negative (2nd request)

i am still having the same problem.  we are rejecting fax quality
and the remote fax machines are still reporting OK.  can i teach
hylafax to return another code that would indicate that the transmission
has truly failed and that another copy of the fax/page needs to be sent?
there is no file fax23681.tif on the system.  there is a 23680.tif and a 23682.tif.
