[hylafax-users] test fails

Hi everybody,
       I recently compiled and installed hylafax, but I can't get it to
start up. The getty process spawns fine, but whenever I try to start up
hylafax, the following occurs:

darkstar:/home/Invis# /usr/local/sbin/hylafax start
HylaFAX:/usr/local/sbin/hylafax: test: yes: integer expression expected
/usr/local/sbin/hylafax: test: yes: integer expression expected
 hfaxd (without old protocol or SNPP support).

the fact that hfaxd doesn't start up makes it rather difficult to
connect to it :)

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated
