[hylafax-users] HylaFax Hangs up upon connect?

I am having a problem w/ Hylafax.  Everything seems to work fine, except
when it goes to dial a number, it negotiates, then hangs up.  I upped the
time-out time to 120 seconds, but it seems to do it in the same spot every
time.  Logs for 3 of these sessions are attached.  Any help would be
appreciated,
