[hylafax-users] Problem with Device locking
Gentlemen,
sorry if this is a FAQ, but I couldnt find anything on this in HylaFAQ or
the documentation.
I have a problem with device locking on incoming faxes. The modem is a
USR Message modem, which is normally in standalone mode (to receive faxes
when the machine is off)
(/var/log/messages)
On startup:

Dec 15 09:47:31 home FaxGetty[274]: MODEM U.S. ROBOTICS 56K MESSAGE /
On fax receive:
Dec 15 11:28:37 home FaxGetty[274]: MODEM U.S. ROBOTICS 56K MESSAGE /
Dec 15 11:31:49 home FaxGetty[274]: ANSWER: Can not lock modem device
After this th modem seems to be locked. No other transfer (e.g. Kppp) is
possible.
Anybody a hint where to look?
Thanks
Axel
