It does not work for me.
Same errors:

D:\download\cvs>cvs -d ":pserver:cvs@cvs.hylafax.org:/cvsroot" login

 out

Can someone tar/zip this distribution and email me? 
I would really appreciate this as I have to set it up on two different hosts
ASAP.

No, I downloaded CVS twice yesterday.

Did you(?):

cvs -d ":pserver:cvs@cvs.hylafax.org:/cvsroot" login
cvs -d ":pserver:cvs@cvs.hylafax.org:/cvsroot" get hylafax

Not that I'm aware of.
