Hi, I have problems compiling hylafax 4.1beta2 on Solaris 8 and I hope that someone can help me with this one. Current setup: Solaris 8 with latest patches. gcc 2.95.2 tiff 3.4beta037 I have gone through the make without any problems displayed to the screen. config.log has some errors in it, is this normal? I have included those at the end of this post. Now this is the problems I am getting when running make: = regex /usr/5bin/bash ../port/mkdepend -e 's@ /usr/include/@ /@' -c /usr/local/bin/gcc -D__ANSI_CPP__ -I. -I.. -I.././regex -I.././regex -I.././util -I/usr/local/include -g -O -c -M -i Makedepend regexec.c regcomp.c regfree.c regerror.c make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/2.95.../../../sparc-sun-solaris 2.8/include/assert.h' Current working directory /ars/support/hylafax-4.1beta2/regex *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `default' Current working directory /ars/support/hylafax-4.1beta2/regex *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `dirs' Current working directory /ars/support/hylafax-4.1beta2 *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `default' Any help would be greatly appreciated. robert Config.log ( error parts ): symbol in file socket /var/tmp/ccWkWYev.o ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors.
