[hylafax-users] I cannot send fax, but the receiving works fine

I cannot send faxes, the log:

The other side is a modem, but it was fax-machine too, the error 
was the same.
	The other side is made the connect voice, then shortly 
disconnects the line. In my imagine the inner side hasn't react it, 
and (the expiration of the timeout period) the hylafax logs: No 
answer.

What's the problem, or (I cannot hope it now) the solution?
