I see; the man pages has some examples and 0xfff is not there.
I started using 0xfff because I saw it used be people on this list.
However, have you tried it? The log is ok?

Since there's just 1 fax, it's weird it's marked B.

Hope 88 is not the real number but something you used to mask the real
faxno :-)
The done queue shows some faxes with 0 pages sent. Did you faxrm'ed them
or they ended up in the done queue by themselves?
Is there something in /var/spool/fax/log/*?
Are you using a plain ascii or postcript file?
Look into /var/spool/fax/docq and look with ps viewer at the ps docs to
see if the file you give to HylaFAX have been correctly converted to ps.
