I think that i have found the solution of my problem !!! Yeah !
In my config, i have added :
ModemBaudRateDelay: 1000
It's the delay after setting baud rate.
This is configuration with this message for help an other user who
would have the same problem !!
An other question :
what is the maximum baud rate for Hylafax and this modem ? 38400 ? or more ?

Are you *absolutely* sure that your minicom (which works as you claim)
configured the same way? The same port (/dev/ttyS0), the same speed (38400)
etc? Are you *absolutely* sure that your modem has no aliases (e.g.
/dev/modem), preventing the correct UUCP-style locking? Excuse me, but I
don't believe in miracles...
