[hylafax-users] "USE 2-DMR" based only on info/fax-no data?

Linux Red Hat 61. HylaFAX cvs 20001022

- Fresh install (no files in info/ )
- Same doc sent twice to the same remote fax no.
- 1st time 1-D was used, 2nd time (info/fax-no says
supports2DEncoding:yes) 2-D.
- delete info/fax-no, fax, 1-D again

So it seems HylaFAX decides to use 2-D based on the info file and not on
what the remote fax says. Is this the intended behavior? Why?
