[hylafax-users] problem recieving fax

hi folks,
i just set up a hylafax server on a linux box. everything seems to be 
working fine, the only problem is however that whem people send a fax 
they seem to get an error message stating that the fax did not arrive 
properly, sometimes they get no message at all. the problem obviously is 
that people don't believe in technology and send their fax again which 
gets printed out on my printer.
the question is, is there some way i can acknoledge that i recieved the 
fax just fine?
