Every Class1 USR config file that I've used has caused "wedged" errors for
me, and since the Class2.0 worked, I never bothered to debug the Class1
configs.  Send me a functional Class1 config file for USR Sportster modems,
and I'll give it a go.

Maybe I was just doing it wrong 8-)  I'll try again later this week.
